I never changed the password on my homebase until the wrong person connected to wifi. Then I changed it and it worked fine until the next day! Now I can't connect to wifi because it won't except the password. I've tried resetting to facory settings as instructed in users manual, and it still won't except neither password.
I am so frustrated and disappointed!
I was told to take it to a AT&T Store to see "if" they can help, which is totally unacceptable, because the closest one is 45min. away and my home phone will not work until it is reconnected to the Homebase. (Posted on 5/19/2016)
