ZTE USA aims to connect the world with continuous innovation through a diversified portfolio of mobile devices including smartphones, smartwatches, tablets, mobile hotspots, connect car devices, mobile broadband routers, and machine-to-machine modules.

History

Through dedication to its mission, ZTE USA has provided 50 million Americans with equal access to safe, high-quality, and reliable mobile devices.

ZTE Corp. is a global telecommunication equipment provider founded in 1985. In 1998, ZTE Mobile Devices was formed and today is an independently operated division.

Approximately 80 percent of ZTE USA employees are locally hired and operate across 11 sales offices, one distribution center, and one call center in the U.S.

ZTE USA has connected more than 50 million people in the U.S. since its first cell phone sold in 2007, pushing the boundaries to bring affordable smartphones to many.

With approximately 99 percent of devices sold through U.S. wireless carriers, ZTE USA became the fourth largest smartphone manufacturer in the U.S. in 2013, and the second largest in the pre-paid smartphone market in the U.S. in 2014.
