Customer Reviews

Piece of Crap Review by Dissatisfied
Review after review states that this phone has inherent software issues and never stays connected....WHY ARE YOU STILL SELLING THIS PIECE OF SHIT THAT I PAID $150 FOR. And ZTE just passes the buck to straight talk or walmart instead of taking care of the customer who bought their product. Do not buy ANY of their products......horrible. GO Samsung and Apple (Posted on 2/5/2015)

Works fine for me Review by BAM
My first Android phone. I've had no problem running the apps I want on it. I have a 16GB micro SD card in it to store music and pictures. I wish I could remove some of the factory apps. Seems fast enough to me for a 3G phone for the price I'm satisfied. Got a case off Amazon. Storage space is OK if you keep it cleaned up. Streams video with a great picture. Not sure why others knock it. Great entry level smart phone. (Posted on 12/31/2014)

I dislike this phone because lack of memory Review by sloar
This phone has very little memory. I have less than ten apps and I can do anything because my phone says low memory. (Posted on 12/13/2014)

Poor Phone, Poor Product Review by ZTE - Never Again
Product was purchased to use with a Straight Talk plan. Actually, two phones were purchased. One phone works fine. However, the second phone has these horizontal lines that show up making the screen hard to read. This happened the second day we had the phone. After sending numerous pictures to ZTE and trading several emails, they finally said it's not their problem and to contact Straight Talk. What the heck? How does the service provider become responsible for a hardware problem? Never again will I buy a ZTE product. Never. (Posted on 10/29/2014)

I bought this phone three months ago to go with my straight talk wireless plan. It was one of the cheaper smart phones and I got it with the intention of upgrading, but still haven't upgraded. The phone has been slow. It restarts itself constantly. It's been overheating with no programs running and while on the charger. A message keeps popping up to tell me that I'm out of internal storage no matter how many programs I move to my SD card and how many times I clear all the program data. Last night the phone finally died completely (3 months of use) and I'm betting it's due to the overheating issue. (Posted on 10/4/2014)
