Not so great Review by david
Product
Okay I was before using a galaxy 5. So this zte warp was a step down. At first I thought it was okay. When I signed up for $95 I got the phone and 2 months of service. But I wonder about the sound quality of the music player. And it seems harder to use than a samsung. With the Samsung if I went thru settings it explained what the options did. The warp doesn't. I try to only use my warp for pH calls, text, and music. Picture taking is hard and too complicated. I highly recommend you get the best samsung boost has to offer. I'm gonna continue using this phone. Until I can get a samsung. Good luck (Posted on 7/5/2015)

Not exactly the best phone Review by Valerie G
Product
I just bought this phone used and do far it's been almost impossible to use the internet and the ringtones it comes with are god awful. I started out with a Kyocera Icon and I love it, plus it was waterproof, rich makes this phone look sad almost. When I bought it the store sold it to me USED for $100 , but I honestly don't feel it's worth that much. It's ok if you don't use the internet much and leave your phone on vibrate. Oh, and the reaction time from when you recurve a message to when it notifies you is off. I'll see I have a text message before I even hear the ringtone and then it goes off as you like open the message. It's pretty much a starter phone. (Posted on 2/28/2015)

Piece of Crap!!! THE ABSOLUTE WORST PRODUCT EVER INVENTED!! Review by none
Product
THIS HAS BEEN ABSOLUTELY THE WORST PURCHASE I EVER MADE. BOOST MOBILE OUGHT TO BE ASHAMED, AND POSSIBLY SUED FOR SELLING AND IT ENDORSEMENT OF THIS PARTICULAR PHONE!! I AM COMPLETELY AND TOTALLY PISSED OFF THAT I SOLD THIS PRODUCT. ESPECIALLY WHEN THE BOOST SALES REPRESENTATIVE KNEW OR AT THE VERY LEAST HAD AN INKLING THAT THERE WERE PROBLEMS WITH THIS WARP BRAND PRODUCT/PHONE!! I PURCHASED MY ZTE WARP N9510 BACK IN APRIL 2014. THE VERY FIRST PHONE THE SALES REPRESENTATIVE SOLD ME STOP WORKING WITHIN LESS THAN 24 HOURS. AFTER RETURNING AND BEING GIVEN A SRCOND PHONE, THE PHONE NEVER OPERATED AT OR EVEN NEAR THE LEVEL OF MY PREVIOUS PHONE THE SAMSUNG GALAXY 2. WHICH WAS OVER 2 YRS OLD AND OUT PERFORMED THIS ZTE WARP N9510 IN EVERY WAY! WITHIN THE FIRST MONTH OF MY PURCHASE I EXPLAINED TO MY BOOST SALES REPRESENTATIVE OF MY DISPLEASURE WITH THE PHONE AND SOME OF THE PROBLEMS I WAS EXPERIENCING. EXAMPLES: 1. BEING BRAND NEW IT DROPPED CALLS. 2. I COULD BE OUTSIDE IN AN COMPLETELY OPEN SPACE AND NOT BE ABLE TO TALK WITH THE OTHER PERSON ON THE PHONE, DUE TO NO SIGNAL BARS. 3. THE RINGER WAS VIRTUALLY NON-EXISTENT. 4. AS WAS THE SAME WITH THE VIBRATION. 5. I WOULD USE THE INTERNET AND THE SCREEN WOULD CONSTANTLY BLINK/FLASH IN AND OUT AS. 6. THE INTERNET RECEPTION WAS AS BAD AS THE PHONE SERVICE, AND WOULD STOP, FREEZE UP, OR/AND LOCK UP. 7. THE PHONE WOULD SHUTDOWN AT WILL. 9. THE PHONE WOULD OVERHEAT AT TIMES ESPECIALLY IF USING THE INTERNET. 10. THE ALARM CLOCK NEVER WORKED CORRECTLY. IF I SET IT FOR 5AM IT WOULD NOT ALARM UNTIL 5:15AM, ALWAYS MAKING ME OVER SLEEP. I STUCK WITH USING THE PHONE AND THE SERVICE FOR THREE MONTHS, UNTIL I JUST COULDN'T DEALS WITH THESE PROBLEMS ANYMORE. MY BOOST REP HAD BEEN INFORMED OF MY COMPLAINTS. ZTE HAD BEEN CALLED AND INFORMED OF MY PROBLEMS AND DISPLEASURE WITH THEIR PRODUCT IN AUGUST 2014. I WAS INFORMED THAT IN ORDER TO HAVE MY PHONE SERVICED I WOULD NEED TO SEND MY PHONE TO ZTE SERVICE CENTER. YET THEY NOR BOOST MOBILE WOULD SUPPLY A SUBSTITUTE PHONE. AFTER THE PHONE CALL TO ZTE THEY CONVENIENTLY LOST ANY KNOWLEDGE OF ME MAKING THE CALL TO THEIR REPRESENTATIVE. AFTER HAVING TO GO THROUGH THE SAME EXPLANATION AND PROCESS AS I DID IN AUGUST 2014, I WAS FINALLY GIVEN THE CORRECT REF# AND PLACE TO SEND MY PHONE. PROBLEM IS, HAS BEEN, AND NOW SEEMS TO BE MY PROBLEM IS.......ZTE INSTEAD OF HONORING THEIR WARRANTY OF REPAIR, WOULD MUCH RATHER GIVE YOU SOME FALSE AND INDIGNIFYING REASON AS TO WHY THEY DON'T WANT TO REPAIR THEIR FAULTY AND INCOMPETENT PRODUCTS, AKA THEIR PHONE!! THEY RATHER LIE ON YOU AND THEN TELL YOU THEY ARE RETURNING THIS NO GOOD PHONE TO YOU WHY ALL ALONE STEALING YOUR MONEY, TIME , AND PATIENCE. THERE NEEDS TO BE SOME KIND OF FEDERAL INVESTIGATION INTO THIS COMPANY ABOUT THIS EXTREMELY DEFECTIVE PRODUCT THE WARP N9510, AND ITS MANUFACTURES. ZTE/BOOST MOBILE PHONES!!! (Posted on 2/19/2015)

Hellphone - NOT A 4G Review by Denise
Product
This Zte Warp 4G (NOT 4G), has given me nothing but problems from the beginning. It's a HORRIBLE PHONE TO BUY. I can't ever plug it in to my laptop because it's own software drivers won't upload correctly it Error says "missing drivers" Not only did this phone cost me my job, because i was "FIRED" for not answering my calls and/or sms texts, it still DOES NOT WORK! Sure, i called them up to complain but they said It was Boost Mobile fault and Boost babes blames the device. I could turn it in for a Replacement? Uum! I do not like this device or being deceived once. And I'm an epileptic (seizures) single mother of 4, what am i suppose to do without a phone meanwhile? It's right before the holidays and i already lost my job, missed several important calls and text, my kids and i are not going to hand a very merry Christmas. (Posted on 12/5/2014)

DO NOT BUY Review by Bailey
Product
I had to get my phone replaced about 5 times within 6 months. I never got a new one, they kept sending back "fixed ones" after 3 weeks. I have never seen such a faulty phone. It gives me a screen of jumbled colors and won't picture anything no matter what. (Posted on 11/18/2014)
